These terms cover your use of Friends. By signing in, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. Friends helps you ask people you choose whether a purchase is worth making.

Votes are opinions

An approve or a pass is another person’s opinion. It is not a promise that you should buy, and it is not a purchase guarantee. You decide what to do with the item. Watching a vote lets you read it without casting a vote, and it does not open Vote Chat.

How long a vote stays open

When you publish, you choose a voting window of 2 hours, 24 hours or 72 hours. The vote closes when that time ends. You can also end your own vote early. After it closes, friends can no longer approve or pass, Vote Chat is read-only, and you can record whether you bought the item. You cannot approve, pass, watch or report your own request.

Chat and reports

Keep reasons and chat respectful. Vote Chat with someone else’s request opens after you approve or pass and write a reason. A report is saved on this device. It does not contact a moderation service.

Publishing and coins

The first three votes you publish on a calendar day in Asia/Shanghai are free. After that, keeping a vote costs 5 coins. A preview does not charge. If your balance is too low, the vote is not published and no coins are taken.

Friends Plus offers eight one-time coin packs. Payment is collected by the App Store. Coins are added only after Apple verifies the purchase. These packs are not subscriptions. Deleting the app or clearing account data does not refund a purchase.

Your content

You keep what you write and the photos or voice messages you add. That material stays on this device, in the account you used to sign in. Do not post someone else’s private information.

The service

Friends is provided as it is available on your device. Palvot may update the app. These terms change when the date at the top of this page changes.
