Write to support@palvot.app and include the Apple ID you use to sign in, plus what you expected to happen. Friends cannot see a password, because sign-in is handled by Apple.
When you publish, you choose 2 hours, 24 hours or 72 hours. The vote closes when that time runs out. You can also end your own vote early. Either way, the card shows Voting ended, Vote Chat becomes read-only, and you can record whether you bought it. On Messages, a chat whose vote has closed shows an Ended mark.
The first three votes you publish on a day in Asia/Shanghai are free. From the fourth, keeping the vote costs 5 coins. Preview does not charge. If the balance is too low, nothing is published and nothing is charged. New accounts start with 100 coins.
Coins are added only after Apple verifies the purchase. Confirm the purchase in the App Store sheet, and stay in Friends until it finishes. The same transaction is applied once. Friends Plus has eight one-time packs, from 80 to 12,880 coins. They are not a subscription. For a charge you do not recognize, use Apple’s purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com, then write to support with the date.
Friends asks only after you tap Take a photo, choose from the library, or Record voice. The recording timer starts after you allow the microphone. If you do not allow it, the recording sheet closes. If you do not allow the camera, the camera sheet closes. To allow them later, open iOS Settings, then Friends, and turn on Camera, Photos or Microphone.
On someone else’s vote, chat opens after you approve or pass and include a reason. Watch does not open chat, and you cannot vote or chat after choosing Watch. Your own vote can be opened from Your request. When the vote has ended, the conversation stays readable and new messages are turned off.
Logout keeps votes, chats and coins on this phone. Clear Account Data asks you to type CLEAR, then removes that local data and returns to sign-in. The statistics start again at zero. Delete Account removes the local account and returns to sign-in. The next sign-in that needs a new identity receives a new six-digit username. None of these refund an App Store purchase.
